• All activities that occur under your account

4. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information when joining queues or booking appointments
• Arrive at the clinic within a reasonable time when called
• Cancel or leave the queue if you no longer need the service
• Do not misuse the platform by creating fake entries or disrupting queue order

5. Clinic Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate clinic information, including operating hours and services
• Manage queues fairly and in order of arrival unless medical priority applies
• Protect patient data in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations
• Keep wait time estimates as accurate as reasonably possible
